Request a room on a higher floor to minimize street noise from sirens and enjoy a quieter stay.

The shower clogged and had poor drainage.

Just a reliable pick for a weekend jaunt in London with good value. The shower had great water pressure even though it was small. A tip, beware of the stairs if you're carrying heavy bags.

Consider confirming pub hours before arrival, as it opens later on weekdays, which helped us plan our day better.

explore iconic landmarks and parks within walking distance
I loved my stay here as it was a brilliant base to explore, just a mile's walk to Big Ben and less than 2 km to Buckingham Palace, with a cozy room that had everything I needed, including a discount at the pub downstairs that made my evenings even better.

Cozy pub vibes and comfy stay
We had a nice night here. The staff were super friendly, and the pub downstairs was a fun spot to chill. Our room was bright with a comfy bed. Had a minor hiccup with the shower being blocked, but they fixed it quick. Just wish there were more hangers for our gear.

The Superior Double Room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff welcomed us warmly. Appreciated the little fridge stocked with free milk and water. The pub downstairs had amazing food, especially the pizzas. Great location with easy access to buses and tube stations. Shower drainage needed improvement—it clogged frequently, which was annoying. I enjoyed the stay but would recommend addressing the shower issues.

we had a great stay at the ship rooms! the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the superior double room was spacious n clean. It had a cute lil fridge with free milk n water. also, the pub downstairs had amazing food, especially the pizzas, we ate there our first night and it was so good! great location too, with easy access to buses n tube stations.
only complaints would be that the shower didn’t drain well and our room could have used a little more light.

Loved my stay! The cozy room had a lovely vibe with bright light, and it was great to enjoy delicious coffee whenever I wanted. Though the single window felt a bit small, it didn’t take away from the overall charm—definitely recommend checking it out for a chill stay! ☕
